Best Practice Tip - emailing through tabroom? Include tourney name in the subject line

Tabroom has a great feature that allows coaches to email their registered students and judges directly through tabroom software. Tournament administrators can also email coaches and judges directly as well. However, coaches, students, and judges are often registered for several tournaments over the course of a few weeks’ time. So, I strongly recommend that people get in the habit of including the TOURNAMENT NAME in the subject line. If the Congress Legislation is now available, the email subject line could be “NSDA Springboard - Congress Legislation is now available”, rather than just “Congress Legislation is now available”. Yes, tabroom emails include what the tournament name is at the bottom of the generated email, but it’s easier for your readers if you include the tournament name in the subject line when using tabroom to email registered guests.
